For quotation requests, specify the subject of the service, details of the product to be subjected to evaluation/testing, direct contact details of the contact person. To request the validity of a certificate, specify the certificate number, manufacturer and reason for the request and attach the certificate if available. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the occurrence of the event that generated the complaint and will be handled by a technician who is not the subject of the complaint itself and a response will be given to the email indicated in the form within 3 months of receipt. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of closing the business. The Body will proceed with contacting the customer in order to evaluate the continuation in accordance with the Certification Regulations. For all other information, specify the reason for contact in the notes and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
